Overview
We are looking for a GIS & Remote Sensing Analyst to power our Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) systems. You will turn satellite and drone imagery into the ground-truth that underpins our carbon projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process drone and satellite imagery to map plantation boundaries and canopy growth.
- Build and maintain GIS layers for project monitoring dashboards.
- Support carbon MRV reporting under VCS / VM0047 methodologies.
- Automate recurring geospatial workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years working with QGIS / ArcGIS and remote-sensing datasets.
- Python for geospatial automation (GDAL, rasterio, geopandas) is a strong plus.
- Understanding of carbon MRV or forestry monitoring preferred.
